Vaccination policy: At Miss Vicki's grooming here at Indiana Working Dogs, your dog's safety and comfort are important to us. Please make sure that your pet is up to date on current vaccinations. If in doubt about which vaccinations you need, please contact your veterinarian for advice.
Cancellation policy: Serving our clients and their owners to the best of our abilities is our top priority here at Indiana Working Dogs and we know our clients have busy schedules. Arriving at their appointment time allows us to give the best services to our clients at the lowest prices possible. In an effort to be the best groomers and trainers, we have implemented a $25.00 missed appointment fee. This will allow us to maintain your high quality standards and will be implemented for clients that do not give a 24 hour notice of their cancellation. You could have chosen anyone to groom or train your dog and you chose us.
Flea policy: Avoiding fleas is a difficult
undertaking and here at Indiana Working Dogs we understand the problems
associated with this. We are
vigilant to parasites on your pet and will flea treat your dog with a
quality shampoo when we find them.
There is a $15.00 fee for flea treatment due to the extra cost and
time involved. Ask us about how
to avoid these pests on your pet.
