The first Saturday of every month (rain or shine) we will be hashing with dogs somewhere around Johnson and Marion Counties. The first event is August 7th at 4 p.m. at Craig Park in the Community Center Parking Lot. The trail will be about one hour and the informal nature of hashing will be strictly enforced. Please bring your dog walking supplies (water, potty bags, etc) and your sense of adventure. I am in the process of building a Hashing with Dogs page to add to the website that will include trail marks and the basic rules. This is about socializing with other dog people along with discovering the cool areas of our communities that we never get to see just driving around.
